GENERAL PROVISIONS
These general terms are an integral part of the package travel contract (“contract”) concluded between the agency as the travel organizer on one side and the contracting party on the other side.
These general terms apply only to package arrangements where the agency is the organizer, and they do not apply if the agency acts as an intermediary and/or sells services of other travel agencies. In the latter case, the responsible travel organizer will be indicated in the contract, and the general terms of that organizer, made available by the agency, will apply to the contracting party. In case of any discrepancy between the provisions of the contract and/or the travel program with these general terms, the provisions of the contract or the travel program will prevail. In case of any discrepancy between the provisions of the contract and the travel program, the provisions of the contract will prevail.
DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
In addition to terms marked in capital letters defined elsewhere in the contract and these general terms, terms marked in capital letters in these general terms have the following meanings:
– “Agency” Bitnnn Express Ltd., Ul. Nikolajevića 20, 78400 Gradiška, Bosnia and Herzegovina
– “General terms” general terms for package arrangements of the agency
– “Travel program” document that is an integral part of the contract
– “Passenger” any person entitled to travel based on the concluded contract
– “Contracting party” person who wants to conclude or has concluded a contract with the agency for their benefit and/or for the benefit of one or more passengers
PRICE AND CONTENT OF THE PACKAGE ARRANGEMENT
The price of the package arrangement is determined by the travel program and is stated on the website and in the contract, including the services specified by the agency in the travel program and on the website. The price also includes mandatory surcharges.
The price of the package arrangement does not include (unless otherwise agreed): optional (non-mandatory) excursions and visits, possible costs of obtaining and issuing visas, entrance tickets to visited attractions.
Prices stated in the travel program are based on the agreed prices between the agency and its suppliers/service providers and may not correspond to prices at the destination where the passenger stays.
PAYMENT
Unless otherwise provided in the contract, the contracting party can make payment for agency services by bank transfer to the agency’s business account and by credit/debit cards (VISA and MasterCard).
All collected data is treated as confidential information, used exclusively for the intended purpose. The information is completely secure and protected by state-of-the-art security mechanisms. Only necessary data is collected to process online payments in accordance with prescribed procedures.
REFUND AND PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
After the conclusion of the contract and before the start of the package arrangement, the contracting party may withdraw from the trip or unilaterally terminate the contract by providing the agency with written notice of termination. In this case, the agency will charge the contracting party the following standard termination fee, depending on the date on which the agency received the written notice of termination from the contracting party:
Up to 30 days before the start of the arrangement: 40% of the total arrangement price, but at least €30
29 to 22 days before the start of the arrangement: 80% of the total arrangement price
21 to 0 days before the start of the arrangement: 100% of the total arrangement price
For “no-show”: 100% of the total arrangement price
CONTRACT TERMINATION BY THE AGENCY
The agency may terminate the contract and fully refund all payments received for the package arrangement to the contracting party/passengers, without any obligation to compensate for damages or make any other payments to the contracting party or any of the passengers.
CUSTOMER DATA RETENTION POLICY
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
When booking trips, excursions, or any other tourist services through our website [https://nnntravel.com/], we collect certain personal data from the customer, including but not limited to: full name, email address, phone number, passport details (for international travel).
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data we collect is used exclusively for the purpose of processing reservations, providing the requested services, and enhancing your experience with our service. Your data will not be sold, rented, or made available to third parties without your explicit consent.
DATA SECURITY
We take all reasonable measures to ensure that your personal data is secure and protected from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
DATA STORAGE
Your personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, unless otherwise required by law. After that period, the data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
