PLAN AND PROGRAM:

Day 1: ZAGREB, KARLOVAC, RIJEKA – CANNES

Buses depart from Zagreb at 04:00 a.m. from the Central Station (details will be available in the final notice two days before departure), at 04:45 a.m. from Karlovac (Departure from Petrol, advance notice required), and at 06:30 a.m. from Rijeka (Departure from Vrata Jadran – advance notice is required). A pleasant ride follows with occasional breaks along the way. Arrival in Cannes, the city of regattas, luxury yachts, gala dinners, the jet set and the most famous film festival in the world. Upon arrival, the city tour includes a visit to:
La Croisette: The most famous avenue and promenade of celebrities.
Festival Palace: Famous location of the film festival.
Meynadier Street: Full of shops, cafes and restaurants.
Notre Dame de l’Espérance: An impressive stone church from the 16th century.
After sightseeing, you have free time for your own activities. We continue our journey towards the surroundings of Marseille, where we will stay in a hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 2: CARCASSONNE – BARCELONA

After breakfast, we continue our journey towards Carcassonne. Here we will visit the largest fortified medieval city in Europe, which is the second most visited landmark in France after the Eiffel Tower. The city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is characterized by imposing architecture, including 53 towers and double walls. During the tour, we will walk inside the city walls and have free time to enjoy the atmosphere and local specialties.
After Carcassonne, we continue our journey towards Barcelona. Upon arrival in Barcelona, ​​we will have a joint tour of the city with the tour guide. We will visit the main sights such as:

Columbus Monument: From where Columbus set off in search of India.
La Rambla: A colorful promenade with numerous musicians, entertainers, shops and restaurants.
Gothic Quarter: A labyrinth of narrow streets with marvelous architecture.
Placa Reial: Lively square in Barcelona.
Placa del Pi: A picturesque little square in the Gothic quarter.
Basilica de Santa Maria del Pi: An impressive church from the 15th century.
Placa de Sant Jaume: The administrative center of the city with the city hall.
Cathedral: With the opportunity to see the traditional dance of Sardan.
After the tour, you have free time for your own activities in Barcelona. Hotel accommodation and overnight stay.

Day 3: BARCELONA

Breakfast and continued sightseeing of the main city attractions of Barcelona. During the day, we will visit:
Placa de Catalunya: Barcelona’s main square.
Passeig de Gràcia: Luxury city avenue with many shops of famous brands.
Casa Batlló: One of Gaudi’s masterpieces that is now a museum.
Casa Milà: Another Gaudi masterpiece and the last residence of Gaudi.
Sagrada Familia: One of the world’s most famous cathedrals and Gaudi’s life project (exterior view).
Placa de Gaudi: A landscaped park with a beautiful view of the Sagrada Familia.
You will have free time to explore the city or relax in restaurants, cafes or parks. You can also visit the famous department store El Corte Inglés, where you can find a wide selection of products and gastronomic delicacies.

In the evening, you can join an optional excursion with a tour guide to Montjuïc, where you will have the opportunity to see the spectacular light show of the “magic fountains.” Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 4: BARCELONA, MONTSERRAT

After breakfast, we suggest an optional trip by agency bus to Montserrat, the famous monastery located at an altitude of 1200 meters. Montserrat is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an impressive landmark carved into the rocks. You will have the opportunity to visit the monastery and the cathedral and visit the museum with valuable works of art.
After the excursion, the bus will take you down to the center of Barcelona, ​​where you will have the opportunity to visit the Camp Nou stadium, home of Barcelona FC and one of the most visited attractions of the city.

In the afternoon, we suggest a walk with a tour guide from La Ramble to Port Vella, the old port of Barcelona, ​​which is now modernized with numerous attractions. You will have free time to explore and enjoy the marine environment.

In the evening, you can join an optional excursion with a tour guide to Montjuïc, where you will have the opportunity to see the spectacular light show of the “magic fountains.” Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 5: BARCELONA

Breakfast and check-out from the hotel. Today you have free time to explore Barcelona further. You can visit the Picasso Museum, walk around the Gracia district, enjoy nature in the Ciutadella Park or visit the Tibidabo Amusement Park.
In the evening, we suggest an optional excursion with a tour guide to Montjuïc so that you can once again enjoy the light show of the “magical fountains”. After that, we start to return to Croatia, driving through Italy and Slovenia. Regular rests and breaks during the journey.

Day 6: NICA – RIJEKA, ZAGREB

Arrival in Nice in the morning. This is followed by a tour of the old city center and nearby sights, including the Cours Saléya, the Cathedral of St. Reparate, Lascaris Palace, Promenade des Anglais and more. You have free time for walking, shopping and enjoying Provençal delicacies. After sightseeing, we head towards Croatia, driving through Italy and Slovenia with regular breaks along the way. Arrival in Rijeka in the late evening and then in Zagreb at night.
