PLAN AND PROGRAM:

In addition to Zagreb, departures from Karlovac and Rijeka are also possible with prior notice.

Day 1: ZAGREB/RIJEKA – LAGOON ISLANDS – HOTEL

Departure from Zagreb at 5:00 a.m. from the bus station (platforms 502-506).
Driving through Gorski Kotar to Rijeka.
Departure from Rijeka from the northern stop of Vrata Jadran at 7:30 am.
Driving through Slovenia and Italy to Punta Sabbioni.
Surcharges of 25 euros per person for a boat trip to the islands of the lagoon.
Visit to the island of Murano, visit to the glass factory, walk, free time.
Continuation to the island of Burano, walking, exploring, tasting local products.
Return to Punta Sabbioni and departure to the hotel.
Accommodation and overnight stay.

Day 2: VENICE – RIJEKA/ZAGREB

Breakfast at 7 a.m. and check-out from the hotel.
Travel by train to Santa Lucia Station, with return train ticket, sightseeing headset and local guide included.
Sightseeing in Venice, including Ponte della Liberta, Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge, St. Mark’s Square.
Suggestions for enjoying local coffee, wine and specialties.
Possibility of a gondola ride.
Meeting at the train station and return by train to San Dona di Piave.
Return to Croatia by bus with arrival in Zagreb in the late evening.

Notes:

The application deadline is 7 days before the trip or while there are still places available.
Minimum number of passengers: 40 / Maximum number of passengers: 58.
For departures outside Zagreb, prior written notice is required.

The price of the trip includes the following:

Transportation by high-tourist bus according to the program.
Accommodation in the vicinity of San Dona di Piave in a 3*/4* hotel in a double/triple room based on 1 night with breakfast.
External tours according to the program.
A tour guide who will guide you during the entire tour in Croatian.
Preparation, organization and travel guarantee.

The price of the trip does not include the following additional costs:

Tickets for objects visited during sightseeing.
Additional contents and expenses that are not provided for in the program, expenses of a personal nature (drinks, additional meals, telephone, tickets for public city transport, etc.).
Tourist tax, which amounts to EUR 1 (HRK 7.53) to EUR 3 (HRK 22.60) per person per night (the exact amount will be announced in the final letter).
Excursion by boat (vaporetto) to the islands of the lagoon with a tour guide (Murano and Burano) – surcharge of EUR 25 (188.36 HRK) per person.
Return train ride and rental of a device with headphones for sightseeing in Venice with a tour guide – additional charge of EUR 20 (150.69 HRK) per person.
Surcharge for a single room if a person sleeps alone in the room – EUR 38.49 (HRK 290).
Tipping for drivers and guides – optional, not mandatory, the recommended tip amount is between 2 EUR (15.07 HRK) and 5 EUR (37.67 HRK) per person, but you determine the tip amount yourself if you want to reward the guides.
Travel insurance, which includes insurance against the consequences of an accident and illness on the trip, insurance against damage and loss of luggage, voluntary health insurance during the trip and stay abroad, insurance in case of trip cancellation, and insurance that covers the costs of assistance and the return of travelers to the place of origin in case of accident and illness.
